We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
- All original packaging, certificates, and documentation must be included
- Items must not show any signs of wear, alteration, or damage
- Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or bespoke jewelry orders
- Engraved or personalized pieces
- Items that have been worn, altered, or resized
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at hello@voraluxury.com within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions
- Securely package the item with all original materials and documentation
- Ship the package using the provided prepaid return label or a trackable shipping method
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
- Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or design, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability and the same eligibility conditions as returns. Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@voraluxury.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. For eligible returns, we provide a prepaid return label. If you choose to use your own shipping method, we recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
