Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes circumstances change. At Vora Luxury, we strive to accommodate order cancellations whenever possible. Please review our cancellation policy below to understand your options.
Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Standard Items: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
- Made-to-Order Items: Cancellations accepted within 12 hours of placement
- Custom/Bespoke Orders: Cancellations accepted within 6 hours of placement, before production begins
How to Cancel Your Order
To request an order cancellation, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team immediately at hello@voraluxury.com
- Include your order number in the subject line
- Provide the email address used to place the order
- Our team will confirm the cancellation status within 24 hours
Cancellation Status
The success of your cancellation request depends on the order status:
- Processing: Cancellation is typically possible with full refund
- In Production: Cancellation may incur a restocking fee of 15-25%
- Shipped: Order cannot be cancelled; you may initiate a return after delivery per our Return Policy
- Delivered: Order cannot be cancelled; returns must follow our Return Policy
Refund Processing
For successfully cancelled orders:
- Full refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation once processed
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take 5-10 additional business days to appear in your account
Items That Cannot Be Cancelled
The following orders cannot be cancelled once placed:
- Orders that have already been shipped
- Personalized or engraved items once production has begun
- Custom-designed pieces after the design approval stage
- Orders placed using promotional codes marked as "final sale"
Subscription Cancellations
If you have subscribed to our newsletter or any membership services:
- You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email
- Membership services can be cancelled by contacting customer service
- Cancellation of memberships will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
Late Cancellation Requests
If your order has already entered the production or shipping phase, we may not be able to cancel it. However, you may:
- Refuse delivery of the package (it will be returned to us)
- Accept the delivery and initiate a return under our Return Policy
- Contact us to discuss alternative solutions
